Order by the first week of December at the absolute latest. We'd recommend mid-November to be safe — December is our busiest period and Royal Mail can be unpredictable.

Yes — order multiples of the same item and just enter each child's name in the personalisation field. We make them as a set so the lettering matches perfectly.
