When should I order school items?

Order 2–3 weeks before the start of term — August is our busiest month, so the earlier the better. We dispatch personalised book bags in around 5–7 working days.

Will the embroidery survive school washes?

Yes. Our embroidery is tested to stay sharp through hundreds of wash cycles — we'd back our stitching against any school week.
